Luna Relics – Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Luna Relics! We hope you love your treasures, but if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s our policy:

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our Luna Mystery Scoops, all sales are final. Each scoop contains surprise items that cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • For individual jewelry pieces purchased outside of a mystery scoop, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost.
